Thank you in advance! Deposit Policy💰 To ensure you get the date and time you want, a deposit is required. Please note that deposit amounts vary by service. **Appointments that include hair extensions may require a higher deposit based on the hair order. Deposits go toward your service total and are non-refundable, unless you were unable to receive your selected time slot. Accepted Payments💵💵 All forms of payment are accepted except checks. Age Requirement Services are available for guests ages 18 and older. Late Policy⏰ To ensure all appointments run smoothly, A 15-minute grace period is provided. After 15 minutes the appointment is susceptible to cancellation * It is up to my discretion to move forward with an appointment that has not been started once the grace period has passed and will be subject to additional charges.* Rescheduling is only allowed 48 hours before appointment time. Unless an error is made on my end. Hair Preparation🪮💇🏽‍♀️ Please feel free to come as you are 🤍However, excessive matting, tangling, or buildup requiring extended prep time will result in an additional detangling fee or altered service w/ full fee of original scheduled service charged. Rescheduling for remainder of service will be available. *please give prior notice if matting or excessive tangling will be present upon your arrival** Guest Policy👥 Guests are welcome to accompany you but must remain outside the premises to ensure seating for waiting clients is available. Food & Beverages🍴 Snacks are permitted during your appointment but be sure to be mindful. Hair Extension Policy🪡 Hair is not included unless: • Added to your service at the time of booking • Included as part of a prepaid package
